Bookings, academy registrations and cafe orders are accepted subject to availability, accurate customer details, venue rules and successful payment where applicable.
2. Turf booking rules
Customers must arrive on time, follow ground safety instructions and use the turf only for the booked slot, sport and duration. Management may refuse unsafe or abusive conduct.
3. Payments
Online payments, advance payments and pay-at-venue options depend on the active payment settings. All displayed prices may include applicable taxes, convenience charges and security deposits where configured.
4. Account security
Customers are responsible for keeping their password, OTP and contact number secure. Report unauthorized use to the club immediately.
5. Attendance and academy
Academy attendance features are provided for convenience and may use consent-based face recognition through a camera-enabled device without dedicated attendance hardware.
6. Changes to terms
Ashu Sports Club & Cafe may update these terms when operations, payment gateway requirements or legal requirements change.
